Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Room was ok. We travel with our dog so when you do that the rooms are what they are...can't expect anything else. Would definitely return for another stay.

Nice room and friendly staff. Walking distance to food, shopping, sightseeing and riverfront Had an unpleasant experience with parking. My key fob was lost, but the hotel manager and valet company manager rectified the problem in ways that exceeded my expectations They both handled the situation professionally and with kindness

The location was perfect for what I needed. Valet staff friendly and helpful. Front desk Ms O very friendly and accommodating- I was able to get early checkin which I deeply appreciated after a long travel day.

The best about breakfast is the great lady who watches over the diners! Excellent! Southern grace and charm, I hope to see her again in fall Whe I return with a friend!! Miss O is also a great lady Valets are an army of very capable young men who are full of useful info. In other words,,,,,,!,,upgrade the cooked food but be very kind to your staff!!!!!! With Miss O leading the way as an example of leadership you can't miss

Great location, just a short walk to Riverfront and old downtown area. Room was comfy, clean and quiet. Had a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Check in staff was nice and helpful. Parking staff was great even though we had an oversized vehicle that we couldn't valet, they designated a sport for us and assured us it would be looked after (and it was).

The hotel was very clean over all. The breakfast was very good each morning. I liked how rhey gave a large variety to choose from. All the staff was very friendly and helpful

We only were there for 2 nights. However, the location was perfect. It was right outside of the main Savannah area which meant it was a quieter at night. The early mornings get loud with traffic if you’re on that side of the hotel. I could hear a ton of semi trucks coming down this road. Aside from that, the value is great, and so is the location if you’re looking for something you can just go walking to. We kept our car in a parking garage but they do offer valet here.

The staff would go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms were clean.fresh towels daily. Breakfast was wonderful. Make sure that it is included in your room or theres a charge. Location is at the beginning of River Street . So your at the perfect spot to start your adventure thru Savannah
